How the promotion works
We’ve made it as easy as possible for customers to claim their increased guarantee.
Once your new ecoTEC boiler is installed, all you need to
do is send the completed guarantee card to Vaillant to their FREEPOST
address. As long as this is completed in full, including the boiler
serial sticker (as proof of installation), and returned within 30 days
of installation, Vaillant will process the increased guarantee and send you confirmation.
