Small Items (Parcels & Bags)
- Once dispatched by courier (small items) your goods will arrive next working day (2 day for Scottish Highlands and Islands) This is a working day service, and deliveries can be anytime up until 6pm. We cannot offer a timed service, nor guarantee time for your goods to arrive.
- We have tracking facilities, and can track your order if for any reason it has not arrived, or delayed.
Large Items (Boilers and Appliances)
We only ship large goods to the registered cardholders address only, this helps to prevent fraudulent purchases and transactions. In special circumstances, we reserve the option to offer an alternate delivery address to customers at our discretion.
For large items such as boilers, tanks, cylinders, we urge all customers to consider access and/or storage of delivered goods at the point of delivery.
Goods maybe palletised and arrive by lorry, ensure you have adequate space for delivery and where possible, ensure approach to your premises (door ways, path, driveway) are clear of any obstructions. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding delivery of large appliances to your property.
Heavy and bulky items must be often handled by 2 people, and whilst a delivery driver will assist as much as they can during delivery, it is down to the customer to ensure they manouvre and store delivered items in a safe manner to avoid accident, injury, or damage to property or product.
